CHICAGO, March 10, 2026 — The Aspen Group (TAG) reported nearly double-digit revenue growth for 2025 across its multi-brand healthcare support platform spanning dental, urgent care, veterinary and aesthetics, according to a company newsroom release published May 10, 2026, that carries a March 10, 2026, dateline.
TAG said the results were driven by investment in clinical training, AI-enabled tools and digital infrastructure intended to support more advanced care at scale. Chairman and CEO Bob Fontana said consumers are making different healthcare choices than five years ago about where they go, what they expect and how much they accept the status quo, and that TAG built a multi-category platform because it believes the future of healthcare is accessible and consumer-driven.
In 2025, TAG-supported providers served more than nine million patients across more than 1,400 locations in 46 states, the company said. Combined, TAG states that its companies serve more than 35,000 patients a day.
TAG said its dental brands — Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers — expanded higher-acuity care capabilities in 2025, with implants, AI-enabled diagnostics and digital workflows cited as drivers of clinical performance and patient adoption.
Aspen Dental offices significantly expanded their implant platform, the release said. The network grew implant training capacity by more than 25% year-over-year, with several hundred doctors completing advanced implant surgery programs through TAG University. Those training investments were paired with expanded digital lab integration and standardized procedural workflows.
ClearChoice expanded its implant offering to include Essential and Endura Elite fixed full-arch treatment solutions. Endura Elite is described by the company as the network’s most advanced full-arch dental restoration.
At Aspen Dental offices, AI-enabled diagnostic support tools scaled across pilot markets in 2025. In those markets, offices using AI-supported workflows reported a 12% increase in patient acceptance of recommended care, TAG said. Across the dental network, supported offices process millions of imaging encounters annually, according to the release.
At ClearChoice offices, digital manufacturing continued to expand, with more than 50,000 3D-printed dental prostheses delivered in 2025. ClearChoice also introduced First Look, an AI-powered simulator that lets prospective patients preview a new smile before a consultation. Aspen Dental’s website was rebuilt as a modular, patient-led platform with simplified scheduling pathways; TAG said the changes contributed to measurable improvements in conversion and appointment volume.
Aspen Dental’s network of independent practice owners grew by approximately 15% year-over-year in 2025, TAG said. Motto clear aligner adoption at Aspen Dental offices grew approximately 30% year-over-year. Through the Oral Care Center for Excellence, Aspen Dental doctors delivered $15 million in donated care to underserved patients in 2025, according to the company.
TAG said Aspen Dental supported more than 5.2 million patient visits and opened 21 new locations in 2025. ClearChoice treated more than 27,500 implant patients and expanded into three new markets.
Outside dental, TAG reported that WellNow Urgent Care managed approximately 900,000 upper respiratory cases during a high-demand flu season and launched in-house PCR lab services that provided faster diagnostic results for more than 200,000 patients. Lovet Pet Health Care served more than 367,000 pets while continuing multi-state de novo expansion. Chapter Aesthetic Studio delivered tens of thousands of treatments, including 35,000 Botox and Xeomin treatments and 19,000 laser hair removal services, the company said.
For 2026, TAG said infrastructure investments made in 2025 support continued advancement of implant capabilities, AI integration and digital workflows, with supported providers expected to keep expanding specialty and higher-complexity care while reinforcing training and operating standards across the national platform.
TAG supports independent healthcare practices operating more than 1,400 locations in 46 states through Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio and Lovet Pet Health Care. Aspen Dental was founded in 1998; TAG was introduced in 2021 to reflect growth beyond dental into additional healthcare sectors, according to Aspen Dental’s about page.
